- Data between February 11 and February 14 - Normal availability as repository is backfilled over the next 24 hours
- Data between February 5 and February 10 - Limited to No availability
- Data between January 29 and February 4 - Unknown availability at this time
- Data older than January 29 - Normal availability as repository is backfilled over the next 48 - 72 hours

Real time services have been operating at pre-incident service delivery levels for >5 days. If you are experiencing connection issues, please verify that you are using a domain name to access HxGN SmartNet North America correction services. You can use the Connection and Configuration guide on the HxGN SmartNet Portal to determine the correct connection details you should be employing.

The only remaining real time service area that is operating below normal service delivery levels is Prince Edward Island in Eastern Canada. We continue to work diligently to return all areas to normal service delivery levels as fast as possible.

Real time services for the following areas have been returned to pre-incident service delivery levels. Online services and RINEX services are still offline with HxGN SmartNet Staff continuing to work to return all services to normal operational levels as quickly as possible. If you are still experiencing connection issues, please verify that you are using a domain name to access HxGN SmartNet North America correction services. The domain schema - xx.smartnetna.com - corresponds to the state or province you are working in, where xx is the two character abbreviation for your state or province.

Monitoring

Because of an IT incident affecting the underlying network infrastructure of SmartNet, some of our customers experienced difficulties accessing the GNSS correction service and other SmartNet services earlier this week. This incident is solely operational to the SmartNet services and does not affect customer information. While majority of the RTK services have been fully restored, access to the SmartNet portal, RINEX etc. has not.

Some customers are still experiencing disruption affecting our SmartNet platform after yesterday’s incident. It is our team’s top priority to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

Investigating

We regret to inform you that underlying network infrastructure of HxGN SmartNet has experienced an IT incident. Customers may be unable to access GNSS corrections and other services.

Our IT team is actively investigating the situation and working diligently to resolve the issue. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to restore services safely.
